All guided classes start on time. We do not allow late entry to guided classes to prevent disruption to the rest of the class. All guests must be in the tearoom by the start of class or risk not being allowed entry.

While all offerings are suitable for newcomers, we suggest starting with a Self-Guided session. You’ll receive 1:1 support from one of our expert guides to help orient you through the hot-cold experience.
We suggest beginning with 15–20 minutes in the sauna, followed by 1–3 minutes in the cold plunge, and finishing with rest in the tea lounge. But there is no singular path — listen to your body and move intuitively.
Our sauna ranges from 82°C to 90°C with 10–20% humidity. Cold plunges sit between 0°C and 4°C.
Always sit on a towel in the sauna. Always shower before entering ice bath.
Our mission is to create a space for shared connection amongst like-minded growth seekers. We welcome you to come through our doors alone, or with friends. We encourage respectful conversation in the sauna, tea lounge and change rooms. Note that this is a flirt free zone.
Disconnect to reconnect. We are a cell phone free facility. We ask all guests to leave their cell phones in their lockers.
One exception to this rule is to briefly take photos of yourself or our space during free time in your session. Please ensure no other guests are photographed without their consent.
As a small business, we are so grateful for your support in sharing our space with your online community. Please tag us @kolmkontrast. Feel free to ask one of our staff to assist you with taking pictures or videos.
