Yes. Kolm is designed for first-timers and seasoned practitioners alike. Our guides are there to support you, explain each step, and help you feel grounded and confident throughout your visit.
Please arrive 10 minutes early. This gives you time to check in, change, and get comfortable in the space without feeling rushed. Arriving early helps your nervous system settle before your session begins.
Your experience may include guided contrast (sauna and cold), breathwork, sound healing, or body based practices, depending on the class. Your guide will explain everything clearly and support you throughout. You don’t need prior experience, just follow the guidance, your breath, and your own pace.
No. There is no expectation to push or endure. You choose how long you stay in the sauna or ice bath. Stepping out, sitting down, or skipping an element entirely is always okay. Your comfort and nervous system come first.
Each time you enter the ice bath, please rinse off in the shower station inside the cold room. This removes sweat from the sauna and helps keep the water clean and safe for everyone.
Wear whatever feels comfortable for sauna and cold (typically swimwear). Towels are provided. If you’d like extra warmth robe rentals are available.
After your session, you’re welcome to take your time. Stretch, breathe, or relax in the Tea Lounge to integrate the experience. When you’re ready, rinse off, refresh at the vanity, enjoy a cup of tea, and ease back into your day.
