What to expect
Self-guided sessions give you access to our sauna, ice baths, and Tea Lounge, with the freedom to move through the space at your own pace.
There is no formal class structure. You decide how long you stay in each element and how many rounds you complete. Guides are on site for 1:1 support, questions, and cold guidance whenever you need it. Socializing is welcome unless its a silent session.
Recommended flow:
- Sauna: 15-20 minutes
- Cold Plunge: 1-3 minutes
- Thermoregulation / Rest: 5-10 minutes
- Repeat as desired
You’re encouraged to listen to your body and adjust timing based on how you feel.
