Lesley is passionate about guiding others toward self-discovery, inner peace, and a slower way of living. Through her work, she encourages people to explore their edges, process emotions, and emerge with clarity and confidence. Her journey with wellness began as a personal quest to regulate her nervous system and navigate the challenges of burnout. She found peace in the ocean, clarity in the cold and joy through her inner child. These moments of connection with nature, paired with her love of sound healing, inspired her to share the practices that have been transforming her life for the past decade. Believing wellness is a lifelong practice of balancing mind, body, and spirit, Lesley has an upbringing in music and holds certifications in Breathwork, Yoga, Meditation, and Pilates. She’s driven by the powerful transformations that happen when people come together to heal in community and can’t wait to meet you at Kolm.

Jenn found hot and cold as a grounding ritual that supported her through times of anxiety, isolation, and uncertainty. The sauna became reset; the cold plunge became clarity. With over five years of teaching yoga and barre and 500 hours of yoga training, Jenn is passionate about somatic practices that nurture nervous system regulation and emotional resilience. She is currently completing her master’s in counselling psychology and brings a warm, attuned presence to every session. Her intention at Kolm is simple: create a space where people feel safe to explore their edges and supported enough to surprise themselves leaving a little clearer, calmer, and stronger.

Jayme is a certified yoga teacher and breathwork and meditation facilitator who guides practices that help people reconnect with their bodies and cultivate steadiness from within. Her classes weave intentional movement, deep listening, and nervous-system-aware tools that support presence and regulation. With a background in mental health and neuroscience, Jayme became curious about how the body meets stress, and what brings it back into balance. Breath brought calm. Cold brought clarity. Movement brought possibility. These are the practices she now shares at Kolm. She is passionate about creating spaces where people can exhale, reconnect, and build resilience together.

Dayna is passionate about guiding sessions that blend self-connection with community. She grew up experiencing hot and cold in nature, a cabin sauna and a frozen lake, and has carried that ritual into her life on the West Coast. For her, contrast has always been a tool for mental resilience and tuning into the body. After moving to Vancouver, sharing these practices became a way to deepen her roots and help others do the same. She has been guiding hot and cold experiences for the past year and a half. Whether you arrive solo or with friends, Dayna creates a warm, welcoming space that weaves self-care with genuine connection.

Maya is a wellness coach and counsellor. She is deeply inspired by the transformative power of hot and cold therapy, which she believes offers individuals a unique opportunity to deepen their relationship with themselves. For Maya, the awareness between the mind and one’s physical sensations can create a profound experience that extends far beyond the moments of hot and cold exposure, allowing for a deeper sense of self-awareness, understanding and even kindness towards oneself. Maya’s approach to wellness is rooted in community and connection – she believes it takes village and we are not meant to walk our journey alone.
