What you can expect
Welcome & Orientation (Tea Lounge)
The class begins with a short introduction in the Tea Lounge. Your guide will walk you through the session, explain the flow, and answer any questions before you enter the space.
Sauna (Approx. 20 minutes)
You’ll start in the sauna to warm the body, relax the muscles, and prepare your nervous system. You’re always free to step out, sit, or adjust as needed.
Group Ice Bath (Up to 2 minutes per round)
Guests rotate through the ice bath, typically spending up to 2 minutes per round. Participation is always optional, and you choose how long you stay in.
Sauna (10–15 minutes)
After cold exposure, you’ll return to the sauna to warm back up and allow the body to settle and recover.
Free Time (15-25 minutes)
The session ends with open time to move between heat, cold, breath, and rest at your own pace. Stretch, sit, breathe, or relax as your body integrates the experience.
